Keith Sudano is passionate about assisting others to find a new course to their potential through Life coaching, Personal discovery/development, Hypnosis & NLP.  

Most of us attempt to change something in our lives but struggle to adopt a new idea long enough to take hold. Instead of making changes, we get stuck in habitual cycles that threaten our ability to flourish. Fortunately, we don't have to stay stuck. We are now learning more about what makes us thrive than ever before.  There was a great shift in the late 90's from studying "what's wrong with us" (the disease model) to learning more about what makes us healthier and happier.  

Today we have almost 20 years worth of collaboration and insights. We now have consistent evidence about what to access that cultivates happiness and health. These insights are causing a ripple effect of positive change for many individuals, families, groups and organizations.

I have a passion for knowing what empowers us to connect to our true selves. I know, that when we come from this place within us, we radiate and contribute to each other.  Through the years, I've studied and collected the most leading edge scientific, psychological and spiritual tools about what truly helps us to BE happy.
